You’ll have 7 days to approve your preview or request free revisions before printing. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we may move your artwork to production to avoid unnecessary delays.

Minor adjustments may include color corrections, subtle detail refinements, small expression adjustments, or improvements based on your original photo and selected style.

If your first photo is not ideal, we may ask for a better one before creating or finalizing the artwork. This does not require a new order.

After artwork approval, major changes such as replacing the approved photo, changing the style, requesting a new composition, or asking for a full redesign may require an additional fee or a new order.

A clear, well-lit photo at your pet’s eye level works best.

Make sure your pet’s face is visible, sharp, and not blurry. Natural light, high resolution, and a close view of the face usually give the best results.

Photos where the eyes, nose, fur texture, and expression are clearly visible help our artists create a more accurate and expressive portrait.

If your photo works well, our artists will use it to create your portrait.

If the photo is not ideal, we may ask you for a better one before creating or finalizing the artwork. This does not mean you need a new order.
