1. Choose Your Format
Pick Poster, Canvas, Framed Print, or Digital Download, then select the size that fits your space.
2. Choose Your Collection & Style*
This step appears only in “Start Your Pet Portrait.” Pick a collection, then choose the look you love most for your pet.
*If you entered from a specific style listing, the collection and style are already selected.
3. Upload Your Pet Photo
Upload your pet’s photo now, or send it later to photo@pincelpencil.com.
If the photo is not ideal, we may ask for a better one before creating your artwork.
4. Add to Cart & Continue
Add your portrait to the cart. You can keep exploring or continue to review your order before checkout.
5. Preview & Free Revisions
Receive your digital preview within 24–48 business hours. Approve it or request free revisions before printing.
6. Production & Worldwide Shipping
Once approved, your artwork moves to production and ships worldwide with tracking.
Delivery times are clear and vary by region.
