Every Pincel Pencil portrait includes a custom digital preview before printing. Your preview is usually delivered within 24–48 business hours after we receive your order and pet photo.
We only send your portrait to production after you approve the artwork. Once approved, your order is produced and shipped worldwide with tracking.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your digital preview has been approved and your order has been completed in production. Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, local carriers, customs processes, remote areas, holidays, or peak seasons.

No hidden fees. Shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Digital Preview & Approval
Every custom portrait order includes a digital preview before printing. You’ll receive it by email within 24–48 business hours after we receive your order and pet photo.
You’ll have 7 days to review your preview and request free revisions if something doesn’t feel quite right. We only send your portrait to production after you approve the artwork.
If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we may move your order to production to avoid unnecessary delays.
Additional Information
- Delivery times may extend during peak seasons, especially November and December.
- Remote areas, customs checks, local holidays, or carrier delays may require additional time.
- Free revisions are available before printing. Major changes, such as using a new photo, switching to a different style, requesting a new composition, or asking for a full redesign, may require a new order or an additional fee.
- Shipping address changes must be requested as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipping, address changes may no longer be possible.
