5. In which formats and sizes are portraits available?

We offer Poster, Canvas, and Framed prints in:
• 8×10″
• 12×16″
• 18×24″

And Canvas only in:
• 24×30″
• 30×40″

6. Can you create portraits with multiple pets? What about unusual pets?

Yes and yes!
We can combine multiple pets into one artwork—even from separate photos.
We work with all species: dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, hedgehogs…
If they matter to you, they matter to us.

7. Can I see the portrait before it is printed?

We don’t offer artwork previews by default to ensure the fastest delivery.
However, if you would like one, you can request it during checkout or by emailing: photo@pincelpencil.com.

Please note: this may extend delivery times while we apply adjustments and wait for your approval.

8. If I receive a preview, can I request changes?

Yes, minor adjustments (color corrections, subtle details) are included.
Major changes (new photo or a different style) are considered a new order.
Each style has its own artistic treatment (color palettes, backgrounds, atmospheres) that cannot be modified, as they are an essential part of the design.

9. Can I use my portrait commercially?

Your purchase includes personal-use rights (home decor, prints, sharing on social media).
