At Pincel Pencil, every portrait is a custom artwork illustrated by real artists from your pet photo.
Our artists create your artwork and send you a digital preview within 24–48 business hours after receiving your order and pet photo. You’ll have 7 days to approve it or request free revisions before printing.
Once approved, your portrait moves to production and ships worldwide with tracking. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we may move your order to production to avoid unnecessary delays.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, local carriers, customs, remote areas, holidays, or peak seasons. Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please report the issue within 5 business days of delivery. If possible, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it faster.
You may request a full refund if our artists have not started working on your portrait yet. Once artwork creation has started, a partial cancellation fee may apply. After preview approval or production, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
Because every portrait is custom-made from your pet photo, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo selection, incorrect size, format or style selection, or subjective expectations after approval.
Every custom portrait includes a digital preview before printing, free revisions before production, and approval before your artwork is sent to print.
